Alexander Konetzki is an Associate Attorney with The Law Offices of Marc J. Lane. Prior to joining the firm, he was a litigator and also offered legal advice to tech entrepreneurs in Chicago’s startup community. He previously served as voter protection counsel on President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign and as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul P. Biebel, Presiding Judge (Ret.) of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Criminal Division. Mr. Konetzki was a researcher for Marc J. Lane’s The Mission Driven Venture: Business Solutions to the World’s Most Vexing Social Problems. He has also worked as a researcher at the New America Foundation, the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and the DePaul International Human Rights Law Institute, and was a congressional intern for Rahm Emanuel on Capitol Hill. Mr. Konetzki is a graduate of the DePaul University College of Law (J.D.), where he completed a concentration in International Law and was the founder and editor-in-chief of the DePaul Rule of Law Journal. Prior to law school, he graduated from the University of Cambridge (M.Phil. - International Relations) and the University of Illinois at Chicago (B.A., Phi Beta Kappa - Political Science and English Literature).
